Shipping policy
MafiArtes entrusts the delivery of its orders to an external courier service, shipping the ordered product(s) according to the schedules and operating hours of the logistics provider, to the delivery address specified by the customer.
The estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination address, as outlined below:

Personalised products have an estimated production time of 1 week before dispatch.
Delivery times may be extended during periods of high order volume, including sales campaigns, Christmas, Black Friday, and other peak shopping periods.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The applicable shipping fee is displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and the corresponding shipping rate table.

Product Availability
Should any ordered product become unavailable, MafiArtes will inform the customer accordingly and will issue a full refund of the amount paid within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which the unavailability becomes known.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery shall be deemed completed upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed delivery address.
