Refund policy

As provided by law, MafiArtes allows the exchange and return of products, with the exception of personalised items, provided that the products have not been used by the customer and remain in the same condition in which they were originally shipped.

To request an exchange, return, or cancellation, the customer must follow these steps:

• Select the "Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations" option available in the footer of the online store.

• By selecting this option, you will be redirected to your customer account, where you can access your orders.

• You may also access your customer account directly through the dedicated account login link.

• Within each order, simply click:

  • the Cancel button if the order has not yet been processed;

  • the Return/Exchange button if the order has already been processed.

Requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) at our facilities, a careful inspection will be carried out. An exchange or return will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

a) The product(s) show no signs of use, wear, or handling;

b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics and all labels and tags remain intact;

c) The product(s) are complete and returned together with all materials originally supplied with the order.

Any exchange or return request must include the order number and, where applicable, evidence of any defect or non-conformity.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 business days following validation of the return, or through another method agreed upon with the customer.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

In the event of a return due to a defect or any other non-conformity relating to the products ordered, MafiArtes will assume responsibility for the original shipping costs paid by the customer, as well as any costs associated with the exchange or return process.

If a returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements for exchange or return, as set out above, the customer will be informed that the request has been rejected. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the address provided in the original order, and all associated shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer.
